Q. How do I enter a draw?
Choose a live draw, answer the skill question correctly, select how many entries you want, and complete checkout.
Q. Is this a lottery?
No. Midlands Mega Draws is a skill-based prize competition. A correct answer to the skill question is required to enter, making it exempt from UK gambling licensing under the Gambling Act 2005.
Q. How are winners chosen?
Every draw is conducted live using a certified random number generator. Winners are announced on our social media channels.
Q. When are prizes delivered?
Winners are contacted within 24 hours. Physical prizes are delivered anywhere in mainland UK, typically within 14 days. Cash prizes are paid by bank transfer within 48 hours.
Q. Can I get a refund?
All entries are final and non-refundable once purchased. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Q. How old do I need to be?
You must be 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom to enter.
Q. What happens if a draw doesn't sell out?
If a draw doesn't reach the required entry threshold, we may extend the draw date or offer a cash alternative equal to the ticket revenue at the discretion of the organiser.
