1. Promoter
These competitions are operated by Midlands Mega Draws ("the Promoter"). Contact details are available on our website.
2. Eligibility
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
- Entrants must be legally entitled to enter under the laws of their country of residence.
- Employees, directors and their immediate family members are not permitted to enter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity and age of any entrant.
3. The Competition
Midlands Mega Draws operates skill-based prize competitions. To enter, participants must correctly answer the competition question before purchasing entries.
Only entrants who answer the competition question correctly will be entered into the prize draw.
4. Entry
- Entry fees are displayed on each competition page.
- Payment must be received before entries are confirmed.
- Entries cannot be amended once submitted.
- Entry confirmation will be sent by email.
5. Free Entry Route
Where required by law, details of any free postal entry route will be published on the competition page and must be received before the closing date. Free entries will be treated equally with paid entries.
6. Competition Closing Date
Each competition has a published closing date.
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- extend a competition;
- bring a competition forward; or
- cancel a competition if necessary.
Any changes will be published on the website.
7. Winner Selection
After the competition closes, all eligible correct entries will be entered into a random draw.
The draw may be conducted live or recorded.
The Promoter's decision is final.
8. Prize
- Prizes are described on the competition page.
- No cash alternative is offered unless specifically stated.
- If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
9. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact details supplied.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
10. Identification
Winners must provide proof of identity and age before any prize is released.
Failure to provide satisfactory identification may result in disqualification.
11. Refunds
Entry fees are non-refundable except where required by law or if the competition is cancelled.
12. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- provides false information;
- attempts to manipulate the competition;
- breaches these Terms and Conditions; or
- acts fraudulently.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for:
- technical failures;
- lost entries;
- interrupted internet services;
- delays outside its reasonable control.
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
14. Personal Data
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
Information is used only for administering competitions and legal obligations.
15. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners agree that their first name, surname initial and county may be published unless prohibited by law or where an exception applies.
16. Responsible Play
Competitions should be entered for entertainment only.

17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
